I had such a wonderful experience with this childcare agency in Barbados. I worked with Shanté, and she was absolutely amazing with our son. From the moment she arrived, I felt completely at ease. She was warm, attentive, and clearly very experienced with children.
What really stood out was how accommodating she was; she even stayed over last minute when we needed the extra help, which I truly appreciated. She was incredibly trustworthy, and I had complete peace of mind knowing our child was in such good hands. She was also very respectful of our time and space and only would have contacted us if there was an emergency (which there wasn’t).
Because of her, we were able to fully relax and enjoy our time. I had a great experience and would absolutely hire Elite Childcare again the next time we’re in Barbados. Highly recommend! ⭐️

I couldn’t reschedule my appointment and decided to reach out to Elite Childcare. I only had their Instagram posts to go on, but they provided feedback quickly and secured a sitter for me. This was done within 1 1/2 hours before my appointment, so extremely short notice. The sitter was great and my son enjoyed his time with her. I would definitely recommend this agency.
